Before Your Appointment
- Please avoid wearing any makeup if you are coming for a skin consultation.
- Please carry relevant test results, pictures, and past reports.
Running Late?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Early arrival ensures your patient registration, enquiries, and skin cleansing are all completed before your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in the next patient being attended to before you or rescheduling of your appointment, depending on our schedule that day.

When We Are Late
We do our best to schedule appointments to avoid the waiting period. However, the time is not always under our control. If the previous patient was late or the procedure takes more time than anticipated, resulting in a delay, our team will keep you informed.

Communication is Key
We understand how important clear and transparent communication is when it comes to medical and health issues. We ensure we properly brief all our patients about their condition, tests, results, treatment options, costs, and duration of the treatment. Our experts will carefully explain the treatment SOP, answer all your queries, and provide required counselling to help you go through the treatment with ease and confidence. We will go a step further and give you the relevant SOP videos, which you can access from the comfort of your home as well.
After Care
After consultation and treatment, we carefully follow through on each patient. Our team of experts is always available to handle your queries and take you through the various steps related to your treatment. We understand it can take some time to get hold of the aftercare procedures/ steps. We have a 24*7 Chatbot to provide the aftercare instructions anytime you want, any number of times you want. You can even schedule your next appointment through this Chatbot.
